a Concentrate maneuver is very limiting. See pp. B325, 366.
You mave take a single "Step" (1/10 Move) before or after the Concentrate
maneuver see pp. B366, B368

*unless you can convince the Gm to let you buy Compartmentalized Mind and

Note that you inflict full body damage without touching the foe.
No, you can't touch in combat unless the victim is not able to Dodge. that
could cripple specific body parts.
you may add a Delay or Link so that they tie correctly. Note the -1 for the
linking spell On. (B130).
