Depends on your jurisdiction. In the UK, yes, it is, just as with any
book: the use to which you put the illicit copy is entirely unrelated to
the illicitness of the copy. In the USA, I believe the answer is
generally "yes", though I suspect it may vary by state. If you're going
to talk about it in public, _get legal advice_.
