[gurps] G3E - Need help with Handgun stats

Okay it a small Hand Cannon :-)  Hey U never know when
might have to shoot thur a Armored Car to get to your
Target.   I'm going to try to get 1 for a GURPS
Cyberpunk PC of mine

I'm trying to convert it by rules from GURPS/Vehicles
2nd Ed.  I've got it doing 7D, is that correct? and
needs a ST of 17?   I mean the .600 Nitro Elephant Gun
does 10D and it uses the same ammo....
