-75 points in straight disadvantages is probably a bit excessive (at least 
in a realistic game), but -75 points in negative point traits isn't really 
that bad. In 4e I think they assumed that most people would be buying down 
at least one attribute or sub-attribute. Even in 3e many people took lots of 
negative point traits which didn't count against the disad limit - such as 
lowered Attributes and the disadvantages included in Racial Templates. They 
just changed the way attributes are counted against the disad limit (they 
always do in 4e, where as in 3e they sometimes did, sometimes didn't).
