What Follows is a 100 point "Witch Hunter" based on the game world
environment of Yrth. The social aspects of the character can be modified
to fit within what ever game world the GM desires. In addition, this is a
GURPS 4e character versus that of a 3e version.

This is not a combat optimized character whose only purpose is to slug it
out with a combat optimized mage, although I suspect it will be able to
handle the combat optimized mage readily enough.
The general point expenditures on other skills enable the character to
function within society to a limited extent, and also permit the Wizard
Hunter to perhaps locate his "bounty" quarry to the point where a
confrontation can even occur. The conflict might occur in the woods, or
perhaps on the plains as the hunter pursues his quarry. The conflict might
occur in a town on the street. One just doesn't know.
I will do a follow up post on the Witch Hunter's tactics in game play so
that others might try out a solo combat between their 100 point mageborn
and the witch hunter.
