[gurps] Wild idea: Precognative Disease prevention

I just came up with a wild idea for a precog.  The precog ability ties into 
the persons immune system, so that the body has *forewarning* about the next 
disease they are going to be exposed to.  The immune system then creates 
anti-bodies, or whatever; effectively immunizing them against the disease. 
The GURPS mechanism is easy: Immune to Disease advantage.  But it's an 
interesting WAY to do it.
