[gurps] Social Skills?

Make an adventure on occasion where charisma guy can't do the talking.

because:

*) The NPC does have an intolerance towards the
skincolour/nationality/whatever of charismaguy.

*) They need to make a partysplit to negotiate with 2 sides simultanously.

*) It would be important to seduce someone and charisma guy just does not
fit to the orientation of the target.

*) For reasons of decency the parties negotiator needs to have the same
sex as the NPC.

*) Negotiations are with Barbarians/Klingons. If you don't beat them in a
tavern brawl they will simply ignore what you say. So the parties fighter
will have to do the negotiations. Tavern brawling could be replaced by any
ability depending in the npcs and their culture.

*) A recurring npc might already know charisma guy and it might be
advisable to not let him know he talks with people he already had contact
with.

*) If there is a party split, both subparties might have a social
encounter.

*) If something is the quest of a pc, it might not be all that advisable
to let an other pc to take over the social part. "You get the quest to
convince your distant cousin that he should not involve himself in that
evil cult. He might listen to you because you are family. A total
stranger, even if known by a family member, will have a much harder time
to convince him."
