The habitable zone will never see calm weather, warm water and air will 
continually be circulating toward the night side in the shallower 
currents and at the higher altitude, while cold air and water will be 
rushing in from the cold side... The habitable zone will be were they 
collide. There may be narrow bands on either side of this storm area 
that get enough light for plankton, nutrients carried from the cold 
ocean floor will feed other microbes.
