I second the ridiculous comment. Don't do that. If you're in a 
high-cinematic Supers campaign, I could see using the speed-range table 
(x2, x3, x5, x7, x10, x15, x20) so it won't be measured in miles until 
you hit 19 levels, but you still get a pretty good increase.
