My turret isn't that cramped. Think of a battleship turret, not
a tank turret. If anything, the sets down in the hull are wasted!

According to Vehicles, I need the following minimum crew:

 1 Helmsman
 1 Gunner
11 assorted System Operators
17 Loaders
 3 Mechanics
 3 Stokers
 1 Medic
 1 Service
---------------------------------
38 crew

I did not make any definitive crew list until now, but I
could imagine these all-hands battle stations. In cruise
mode, 20 or 30 people should be enough.

Command Division
1 CO (turret, nav instruments, officer)
1 XO (body, nav instruments, officer)
 1 Helmsman (body, maneuver controls)
1 Navigator (body, alternating between crew stations
with nav instruments and met instruments,
              officer)
1 Quartermaster (body, nav instruments, senior NCO)
 1 Signaller (turret, limelight)
 2 Bridge Talkers (turret)
Deck Division
8 Deckhands (N/A, one senior NCO)
Gunnery Division
1 Gunnery Officer (turret, nav instruments, officer)
2 Plotters (body, FDC, officer and senior NCO)
 1 Signaller (turret, signal lamp)
 1 Gunner (turret, senior NCO)
17 Loaders (turret)
Engineering Division
 1 Chief Engineer (body, officer)
 2 Assistant Engineers (body, officers)
 5 Mechanics (body)
 5 Stokers (body)
5 Damage Control Crew (4 body, 4 turret)
Support Division
1 Surgeon (body, operating room, officer)
 1 Medic (body)
2 Cooks (body, officer and senior NCO*)
--------------------------------------------------
60 crew (28 CS turret, 25 CS body, 8 on deck)

Providing the deckhands, damage control crew, etc.
with "crew stations" was technically incorrect, but
I figured they should have some place to sit and a
passenger seat has the same stats.

One in six is an officer, a high proportion but for
the world this is a high-tech unit.

* In a Vilani-style civilization, cooks are almost
  priests.
