I just bought the PDF version of this, today. I'm on page 54 of 258,
reading about Marine Chronometers (TL5). So far, it's worth the $28.
I'm a little disappointed that it's TL5-8, (1730 roughly, in 4Es TL
system), and not TL4. If you're running a 18th, 19th, or 20th century
game, you're going to want it.

It's worth the money, but I'm not as happy with it as the 3e UT and
UTII. Too much guns, too much super science. (No one else minds
this, I guess, though.) It's very handy for an SF game, though.
Bio-Tech I've read a borrowed copy of, but didn't buy. (I will,
eventually, but I don't need it.) It's well written, and probably
worth it, if you're into that sort of game (THS requires it, I'd
think). I'm not, so I can fake it.
