No real change in that.
Even in fantasy settings, many of the fighters would have a higher Dexterity

Don't play any fantasy, though I do think about it from time to time.

THe only other change which is the decoupling of Perception and will from
Int. But that again is a long standing house rule.
The only thing I really seem to be missing is players right now.
