the internet of the late 1970 to late 1980 was university funded networks
in the late 1980 corporation start funding the internet
the the Dot-com bubble happened (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dot-com_bubble)
witch lead to a lot of dark fiber (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dark_fiber) cables
the corporation driven network has stop the progress to some point
the internet need to be given back to the communtiy for next cycle
