Obviously the premise of Waterworld is nonsense. There isn't enough water 
in the icecaps to flood the continents. You'd have to raze the mountains and
to drop them into the oceans to get the effect. So let us suspend disbelief 
over a deep trench ...

* The windmill generator rules in VXi23 presume a classic shape, but that 
  should be no problem - keep the numbers, looks don't matter.

* Mecha has transformer rules, but I'd have to watch the movie again before
  I can tell how it fits.

* What should the TL be? A battered and bruised TL8? A mixed-TL design 
  with a TL8 hull and TL6- fittings?

Oh, and I wonder if the tanker isn't more exciting than the trimaran.
