Those numbers don't look good - it takes a trivial power cell to
power reactionless thrusters for a few minutes.

I'm using the rules from ME43.

In this case I disagree. A 2,000-lb. suit outweighs the operator
by a factor of 10 or more, and that means mere human muscles are
not really a factor. Human reflexes and movement speed still matter,
but the suit might add several feet to the length of each stride.
