Ground movement has to be at least as fast as normal sprinting or the 
"you just wear it" aspect is lost, and the suit actually holds the 
wearer back, deviating from the text.

This is correct, and described on p.104. (Cheating and locating a 
squaddy visually instead of by radar beacon on an exercise is what gets 
Johnny flogged.)
