Couple of answers to that:

* Right now I'm working for another publisher (education, not gaming,
  and as a programmer, not a writer), and my contract says that I need
  permission to take another job. I could probably get it, but I would
  have to go through those mechanics, which is why I'm not submitting 
  anything new to Pyramid and JTAS, either. 
* I'm not sure all of them would be suitable. For a published product
  (rather than a mailing list) I'd insist on higher quality, and so 
  should SJG.
* I'm still working on 3E, and they'd be crazy to put much energy into
  that. I won't switch before I have a published Vehicles for 4E in my
  hands ...
