You know, one thing I've read about people doing, but never tried
myself, is using a Wiki for PBEM. Although, I suppose that would be
PBWIKI, heh. Divide the Wiki into pages by scene to keep it manageable.
Then instead of round-by-round, it's a sort of collaborative fiction.
But role-playing is that anyway.
Such a format makes it easier for everyone to read back and see the
entire thing and problems such as top posting or misquoting parts of
previous messages go away.
You'd need someone with a few technical skills and a webhost with
scripting and DB support to set up a private Wiki and some user
accounts. You wouldn't want it world-writable.
