[gurps] PBEM

I actually wouldn't x-nay the out of character dialogue unless it actually becomes a problem. You don't want to be to restrictive of your players... and the out of character stuff hasn't really been an issue in any PBEM or online stuff. It's a problem in my face to face gaming but not in my online.
