An alternative take on this is in GURPS 3e Vampire the Masquerade.

In a section discussing the Blood Pool trait, p. 77 says "mortals drop
2 hit points for every point of blood taken", while the table of Blood
Pool size (i.e. available points to be had by draining the creature
completely of blood) lists "Average Human" as 10 points. Thus, an
average human (10 HP) has 10 points × 2 HP = 20 HP = 2×HP of
nourishing blood to be drained by a vampire.

Note that the GURPS VtM system uses the Blood Pool trait in a very
different way from the GURPS 4e Vampiric Bite advantage, so the
"points" aren't directly comparable. But it is at least an alternative
published answer to "how much blood".
