I think most Americans would agree. Unfortunatly, Congress will listen to the industries that give them the big donations. So who knows what we will end up with. And it will probably be outdated even before anything gets passed.
The last I heard (in Canada and regarding audio recordings only) was
that downloading something you have already paid for was fine... sharing
it was not.
