And just so people know... the US and a different
county (notably Canada) do have different regulations
regarding this - but if a Foreign copy enters the US
it has to abide by US laws.
Is there still some sort of protection in regards to
educational use... and a certian percentage over which
they consider the info no longer a quote? I know there
is in Canada; and there used to be in the states, but
the US made some revisions recently (in the last
couple years) and may have done away with the it.
