How anachronistic :-)

Why do you need a self-sealing hull? It complicates maintenance
procedures if you have to bypass the self-sealing goo, and your
RPV doesn't hold fragile organic beings.

And by the time an electrified surface comes into play, you're 
toast.

Sometimes I try to write robots with 'balanced' arm and body ST,
otherwise they're hostage to the weakest link.

Do you need a long range radio? Operating 100 miles beyond proper
relay stations sounds improbable. Of course there might be 
interference.
