At Mach 3.5, that is somewhat pointless. AFAIK, noise reduction
on real fighters is only a side effect of the quest for fuel 
efficiency and IR reduction. Big passenger liners pay serious
attention to noise, but they don't try to become undetectable,
either.

That would be a possibility, if it can be mixed with TL8 radical
stealth. OTOH the missiles make it less than stealthy anyway.
