I would keep inconvienient size; it's part of the racial template of
"cat."  While the player can indeed shift to a human form for social
interaction and the like, they are limited by size while in cat form.  She
can't, for example, wear armor sized for a human or reach anything on the
kitchen counter without leaping up there and getting yelled at because she
knows better, like that ever stops her.

Not that I'm familiar with that from around our household or anything.
