how do I cost the speed?
Yes I'm intentionally leaving out the IQ
... so 15 points?
For a house cat?
somehow that seems off since a wolf is 42 points.... and the template 
they give in the is significantly different...
.... I'll hash something out - but if someone has more to add it would 
be appreciated - I don't think my new versions of the book will be in by 
the time I need this Info (this Friday)
