mailman can import mbox format files. The archives at
gursnet.org/Digests appear to be nearly, but not exactly, that format.
they've got a header, and a bunch of dashes separating the messages.
If you lose the header ("GURPSnet-Digest Wednesday, December 1 1993
Volume 00 : Number 002" in the one I'm looking at), concatenate your
archives, you can then feed them to arch. Work on a copy, of course!
