[gurps] Stealing Scenario Ideas: Torchwood

I must confess, I initially looked at the scenario idea and passed it by -
but the more I thought about it, the more I could see the possibilities for
campaign use.  With my players involved in a ADEPT series type campaign, it
would be a welcome change from the GM's perspective to have the player
characters go up against something they think has supernatural overtones or
(with a time of every 7 years period) think it might be a ritual of some
sort.  This curve might just be something they'd never even suspect...
