[gurps] Martix like world

Everything you really need is in the Basic set.  Bob's recommendation for 
Powers and Martial Arts is probably pretty sound as well (especially 
martial arts if you want to do the intense and ridiculously over the top 
unarmed fighting).  Another great choice is Gurps Reign of Steel.  Not 
exactly like the Matrix world but close enough to inspire a lot of ideas.
