[gurps] (3e) Stuttering and magic

I could have sworn that a character with Stuttering
would have problems with casting spells, but I can't
find a reference in the Basic Set or Magic.

In this particular case, the PC is a ritual mage with
only one path and I could always make him go Mel
Tillis* -- sing the rituals (which really isn't that
bizzare).

* American country and western singer with a noticable
speech impediment when talking, but not when singing
