Do you mean GURPS Spaceships?

It's great, but it isn't GURPS Vehicles. Don't expect it to be, and
you'll be a lot happier. What it _is_ is a very fast-moving system for
building and breaking spaceships, with as much complexity as most
campaigns will want. I probably wouldn't use it for a Traveller-style
free trader game where the details and quirks of the ship are vitally
important, but it gives you more information than the classic Traveller
ship design system...
