For the moment I decided to assume that the nose intake makes the
streamlining less effective (no idea whether that is true, but there
ought to be a reason why almost everybody tried that approach in early
TL7, and then dropped it) and that it therefore divides surface only by
8 to calculate drag. That way the cramped crewstation makes sense, and I
could use a cheap frame and get the weight right. The original version
has almost identical performance, but must use a standard frame and is
therefore twice as expensive. (And has those 110 cf of empty volume.)

Special Effect: Superior SL gives only divisor of 8 for Drag calculation
