So Advantage: Remote Sensing (only while holding sword to face: -30%)???

I mean, without the sword, he doesn't have that ability, maybe that
should be higher???  I never saw an episode where someone else used it
(but  I've only seen a handful of them).  I believe he inherited the
sword from the former leader of the TCs.
