Depends on the date of departure, of course. To make the Allies win
much faster (or to make the Axis win at all), you need either early
or powerful changes. If time-travelers can bring a container full
of blueprints, they should be able to bring a couple of nukes
instead. But what if someone had dropped the 1990s scout platoon
field manual in 1925 Washington along with evidence that it was
real?
