I'm working with list price, that is just as artificial as anything
else. GURPS Traveller has conversion rates, but they're GT-specific.
However, my Hybrid designs use only one of each TL12 system. Where 
a genuine TL12 freighter would use several smaller thrusters or CG
units for redundancy, I have only one. This assumes that each TL12
gadget must be nursed almost constantly by a highly skilled 
maintenance tech.
