Sharushid Howdah XII Safari ATV v1.0 (GURPS Traveller TL12)

  The Howdah XII All Terrain Vehicle was designed for big game hunters 
and other gentlemen adventurers. Even on a hostile frontier planet, it 
provides the comforts of one of the core worlds of the Imperium. 
  The ATV has two decks, a climatized lounge below and an open hunting 
platform above. With electric motors in each wheel, the overall height 
of the vehicle is kept manageable. The lounge deck has a fully stocked 
bar for ten guests and plain seats for ten retainers and vehicle crew. 
The hunting platform has ten swivel chairs and pintles for weapons up 
to the size of a VRFGG.

  Mounts +0. 
Powertrain: 1,000-kW all-wheel drivetrain; 600-kW hydrojet; 1,200-kW 
  NPU; 540,000-kWs rechargeable E power cell.

Design Notes
  Body is 2,500 cf. Wheels are 960 cf (increased volume). Open Mounts 
are 4 cf each. Structure is medium, expensive. Improved suspension and 
brakes. Armor is expensive composite. Sealed. Computerized controls with 
duplicate maneuver controls. 476.39 cf of empty space in the body and 
3.33 cf of empty space in each Open Mount. Empty weight is 14,000 lbs.
  The TL12 vehicle uses the design rules from Vehicles [2nd edition, 
third printing, Dec 2004 errata], VXi and VXii (including the armor 
volume rule) with the text format from Vehicles Lite. The Traveller 
rules affect the background but not the technology of this design.
