[gurps] firing speeds et all

I have an old article somewhere for 3e that was meant
to be a Pyramid submission that covers trick shooting
in some detail.

I was inspired by Ed McGiverns fast and Fancy revolver
shooting among others and cooked up some rules for
manuvers

Its all 3e as I own nothing for 4e as of yet (I never
play GURPS and don't have a lot of cash) 

Should I post it ?

Also re; the Barretta shotgun -- the reason that thing
does what it does is it is a Tl8 Shotgun. Every gun on
the market today is a Tl7 design 
 
A Tl7 semi auto Shotgun has a hard limit of 3 shots
per second (or 4 with a  the Benneli Super90) do to
cycling issues 

I don't have the cite for that but ya'll can Google it
