If all pcs are sent from TL8 to TL2 i'd say they all get a "assorted TL8
equipment" advantage, thats exact pointcost i don't specify on account of
not being that anal.

If only one pc has TL8 equipment and the others don't that is a situation
that hardly ever would happen after chatacter generation. if i ever come
into such a situation i make something up then.
