There are some very extensive rules on screen energy levels in one of 
the Vehicles Expansions (I think VXii). You can also find a relative of

Your specific rules make screens significantly tougher than they are in 
the vanilla rules, due to granularity issues. You should probably set 
screen DR to 25%, not 50%.
