Don't know if you have one locally, but the Harbour Freight around here (Columbus Ohio)
sometimes has the flexible fiberoptic scopes used by electricians. SImilar to what we use at the
hospital for certain procedures...
Another option, if available in your area - we had our heating ducts cleaned not too long ago, and
the technician was equipped with a long narrow camera and monitor, he was able to maneuver
the camera through the ductwork to show before and then when done. IT was about 1/2 inch in
diameter and attached to a semi-rigid (think goose-neck) coil so he could maneauver it about.
