Fire Dept was just out here, they said nothing they could do. Animal 
Control never got back to us, which actually annoys the hell out of me 
considering how many of their strays we've adopted or fostered. Same 
with 3 Humane Wildlife Removal companies. Two I could see since this was 
Sunday afternoon, but the other says they have 24 hour service.

How about something like a flexible periscope? I'd swear I've seen them, 
but neither Home Depot or Lowes had any idea what I was talking about. I 
thought they were for help running electrical cables, but now I'm not so 
sure
