If you include talent, nothing. If you can define what the term means,
you can define a talent that covers it.

> Adaptablility
This term is poorly defined. Lack of the Hidebound disadvantage, mostly.

Perception

Talent: Mathematical Ability
> Creative
This term is poorly defined. Probably Talent: Artist.
> Formal Education
No specific talent has ever been defined for this, but a 'scholar'
talent can certainly be written up.
> Memory
GURPS lacks sufficient rules for memory to make this meaningful. It's
probably levels of eidetic memory with reliable/unreliable enhancements
or flaws.
> Practical Experience
Not meaningfully measured by GURPS IQ in the first place.
> Sanity
In 4e, no longer a part of IQ.
> Social Ability
Charisma or Smooth Operator
> Synthetic thinking ability (Intuition)
This term is poorly defined.
> Willpower
Will.
