[gurps] Cross-Dimensional Spells

Sup guys,

Other then the Gate spells, Plane Shift, etc. Which spells can work
cross-dimensionally? Can information spells like Seeker or Trace work
cross-dimensionally? How about Soul Jar?

Anyone else run a game where these types of questions came up? How did
you handle it?
