"Changing Times" is a GMs guide, player introduction, and 4th Ed. conversion for Transhuman Space, written by Phil Masters, to appear as a PDF at e23. If you're a new playtester and not sure how to go about things, you may e-mail the playtest leader privately for assistance at jwilson@io.com . The playtest leader also requests that everyone follow conventionally correct Usenet/e-mail quoting style, this includes a prohibition on top posting. Readers who prefer some minimal formatting beyond what the plain text manuscript files offer, but who find the supplied HTML too much may find my Reform program useful. It subdues the fancier HTML style tags, saves on paper, ink, and printing time by reducing use of larger and bold fonts, and converts most special characters from typesetting codes to their intended appearance. Subscribing to Pt-ct
